Maximize purchase conversion and sales
NANING9 is the no. 1 online shopping mall for women’s apparel in Korea. Since its launch in 2006, it has showcased stylish apparels targeting women in wide range of ages from teenagers to women in their 40s. To maximize its online purchase and sales, NANING9 seeked Dable’s help. Dable planned to achieve this goal by introducing a recommendation logic that suggests the most suitable product to customers throughout their purchase path.
Expose products based on data
From browsing to making purchasing decisions, we exposed product suggestions that matched with customer’s personal interest in every purchasing path. Personalized suggestions were exposed in search pages or at the bottom of product detail pages. For this, data-based product recommendation logic was used. With this logic we could recommend products that had high potential to be purchased, rather than just showing popular items.
Increased sales and duration time
Overall sales have increased, while Dable’s recommendation widget accounted for 5 percent of the sales.
Website duration time has also increased.
